Oregon EV Incentives & Savings
Oregon's Electric Highway provides a network of fast chargers along major travel routes, making long-distance travel more convenient for EV drivers. Many local utilities also offer special time-of-use electricity rates to reduce the cost of charging at home.
Oregon EV incentive programs
Oregon currently has no state-level EV incentive programs for consumers. The federal Clean Vehicle Tax Credit (Section 30D, up to $7,500) expired September 30, 2025 and is no longer available for new purchases. The federal 30C residential charging credit (30% up to $1,000) remains available through June 30, 2026.
